Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions thoroughly so that you are aware of Corporate Golf's business practises so that your expectations of our service are met.

Use of Web Site
The consumer agrees and warrants that; you are at least eighteen years of age and are legally entitled to use this web site and to enter into this agreement with all the terms and conditions herein, to be financially and otherwise responsible for all use of this web site (including adult and minor members of your family who use this web site in your name or account), that you will not make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings and that you shall only make bookings for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally entitled to act.

Personal Requests
Corporate Golf will use every reasonable endeavour to fulfil personal requests. No liability shall attach to Corporate Golf for the inability to comply with a special request which has not been confirmed by Corporate Golf in writing or which is outside the control of Corporate Golf to procure.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour cost.

"The game of golf and the use of motorised buggy's are not without an element of risk."

Corporate Golf Pty Ltd and/or agents connected with these golf days shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage, loss or delay howsoever caused to the participants and/or their belongings whilst on tour.

We strongly advise that the consumer has adequate travel insurance. Holiday travel insurance provides peace of mind at very little extra cost. Corporate Golf accepts no liability in the event of a consumer failing to have adequate coverage of their own.

Please discuss this with your travel agent at time of booking.

Course Bookings
After receiving your booking request we will check for availability We will confirm availability by phone, fax or e-mail. As soon as you confirm your booking we will arrange the booking at your selected golf course and issue a receipt, again via phone, fax or e-mail. Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

General
Any loss or damage to equipment hired by Corporate Golf to the client will be the responsibility of the client, Each client hires the clubs on the understanding that they are only used for the purposes that they were intended for, Any misuse or inappropriate use, which in turn renders a club or clubs to a state that they are broken or unusable, will be liable for the full costs of repair or renewal.

Personal Conduct
We expect all customers to have respect for others and if any actions by you or any member of your party cause upset, distress or danger to others and/or damage to property, we or the supplier of the service in question will be immediately entitled and without prior notice to terminate the tour of the person (s) responsible. Should this situation arise, full payment for any damage or loss must be paid directly at the time to the operator in question and if you or any member of your party fail to do so, you will be directly responsible for subsequent claims made against us, along with our own and the other party's full legal costs, as a result of your actions. The person(s) concerned will also be required to leave the venue/establishment or tour. As a result, we nor the supplier will have any further responsibility toward such person(s) which includes any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

Prices
Corporate Golf Perth web site will provide their quotation in Australian dollars (AUD$) and payment will be in AUD$, we will give an indication of local currency exchange rate, but it is the responsibility of the client to satisfy themselves of this.

Taxes
Australian Goods and Services (GST) tax, currently at 10% is included in all prices.  We reserve the right to increase prices should there be a change to the GST tax rate or if there are further Government introduced taxes.

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of AUD$150 per person is required to confirm your booking.  Failure to pay the deposit within 10 days of booking may result in the cancellation of your reservation by Corporate Golf.

Cancellations
Having accepted your booking, should it become necessary for you to cancel your booking 45 days or more, your deposit only shall be forfeited.

Cancellation made within 45 days will incur the following charges (Expressed as a percentage of the total confirmed price for the Tour):

  • 44–16 days prior to tour 25%
  • 15–6 days prior to tour 50%
  • 5 days or less 100%

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any cancellation of part or all of your holiday.

Refunds
No refunds will be made once a tour has commenced; nor will any refund be available in respect of any tours, hires, services or inclusions not utilised.  We strongly recommend travel insurance cover for such eventualities.

Weather interruptions to itineraries/tour packages are beyond our control. We will try if possible to rearrange services in such event, but cannot be held financially responsible for interruption under such circumstances. We strongly recommend travel insurance cover for such eventualities.

Power of Attorney
You, a client of Corporate Golf , hereby appoint the owner, manager and employees of Corporate Golf to be your attorneys-in-fact for the purpose of signing all documents necessary to purchase and issue tickets and other travel arrangements, including green fee reservations and any other services requested by you and supplied, and to charge these purchases to the credit card on your booking form. You agree to pay for all such purchases and will not hold Corporate Golf responsible for any of its actions pursuant to this power of attorney.

Complaints
Corporate Golf's policy is to react in a positive and courteous manner and to endeavour to resolve to your satisfaction any complaints you may have. We welcome any feedback, positive or otherwise, as we use this information to improve our service to you and all our customers. In the event that you have any reason to complain about your experience with Corporate golf, please notify our `team captain` or the supplier of the service in question so that we can resolve the problem quickly. If you have a complaint after your holiday it must be notified in writing to Corporate Golf within 21 days of the end of your holiday. No liability will be accepted by Corporate Golf or its suppliers if written notice is not received within 21 days.

Company Liability
Corporate Golf (hereafter referred to as The Company)

The Company will be not responsible or liable (for damages, refund or otherwise) for: war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems affecting transport or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure or events beyond our control.

The Company acts only as your agent to introduce you to service providers.  We do not accept any legal liability for personal injury, death, delay, loss of any nature, property damage, inconvenience or additional expenses, resulting from acts, omission or negligence whatsoever of The Company or any other operator including, but not limited to, any liability arising from termination of service, changes in rates, cancellation or double bookings of reservations.

All prices are subject to alteration at the absolute discretion of The Company, and in particular but not limited to, when there are rate variations introduced to us.

Baggage, personal effects and all insurance's are the passenger's own risk/responsibility and bookings are only accepted on acceptance of these conditions.

Other Terms
Corporate Golf reserves the right to amend the above terms and any condition or policy displayed anywhere on this web site at any time without notice. Any amendments to the Terms will be effective immediately when they are posted onto the web site.

Disclaimer
The client accepts that once a booking has been made with Corporate Golf and the required deposit paid, the client understands and accepts all terms and conditions as outlined.
